Body Back

Give yourself permission to: Clear your head. Workout with other moms. Gain strength and confidence. Focus on being your best self.

Body Back will challenge you to break away from your comfort zone and it will feel amazing. You will be proud. You will have other moms cheering you on. In pushing yourself, you will break down barriers that have kept you from realizing your goals and you will begin to unlock your full potential.

Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes:

  • 2 high-intensity interval workouts per week
  • Before and after fitness assessments
  • Meal plan and food journal
  • Individual coaching and support from your instructor
  • Group support and interaction
  • Suggested workouts for off-days
*Body Back is not appropriate for expectant moms - please check out our Fit4Baby prenatal program or Stroller Strides. It is recommended that you be at least 3 months post-partum before beginning this program.
